Fitted terms of use
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Fitted app, made by Askat Bakyev ("we"). Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Fitted does
Fitted uses AI to rewrite and reorder your resume for a job you choose. Names, companies, job titles, dates, degrees and certifications come from your own profile, not from the AI. The AI writes the wording.
Your part
- Give accurate information. Fitted can only reword what you give it.
- Check every resume before you send it. AI can make mistakes, such as wording that overstates what you did. You are responsible for what you send to employers.
- Use Fitted for your own job search, and only with job posts and resumes you have the right to use.
- Don't try to get around the app's limits, misuse our server, or use Fitted for anything illegal.
No guarantees
Fitted is provided as is. We don't promise it will get you interviews or jobs, that the match score predicts any employer's decision, or that the service will always be available.
Subscriptions
Your first 3 tailored resumes are free. After that, Fitted is a subscription bought through Apple: $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year (prices may differ by country). A subscription includes up to about 100 tailored resumes a month, a fair-use limit that keeps the service working for everyone. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms or stop offering Fitted. If the terms change, we will update this page and its date. You can stop using Fitted at any time by deleting the app.
