Common questions

My resume didn't import well. Try pasting its text instead of the PDF. Scanned or password-protected PDFs can't be read. Then fix anything in the profile check before saving.

A job link doesn't work. Links work for Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job pages. For any other site, copy the job description and paste it.

It says I reached today's limit. Limits reset every day at midnight UTC; the message shows when that is in your time.

It says Fitted is paused or needs an update. Paused means we are fixing something; try again later. For an update, open the App Store and update Fitted.

Where are my resumes? Only on your iPhone, in the app. Deleting the app deletes them. Share a PDF to Files or iCloud Drive to keep a copy.

Does Fitted invent experience? No. Names, companies, titles, dates and degrees come from your profile. The AI rewrites wording only, and the app flags lines it can't match to your profile. Always read the result before sending it.
